What I Wore This Week

Hi, everyone! Happy Easter and Happy Passover to all who celebrate!

I had a bit of a mixed week as the spring weather here continues to be changeable. It’s hard to pick out something to wear in the morning — for both fragrance and clothing!

  • Monday: YSL Cinéma
  • Tuesday: Tendre Madeleine by Laurence Dumont Les Senteurs Gourmandes
  • Wednesday: L’Eau Chic by Parfums de Nicolai
  • Thursday: Je Suis la Lune by DSH Perfumes
  • Friday: Mon Numéro 10 by L’Artisan Parfumeur
  • Saturday: Carven Le Parfum

For Easter today, I’m going with Paris – Venise from Chanel. It’s actually overcast and chilly here, so I’m opting for one of my reliable transitional scents.

What did you all wear this week?

      1. Yes I was meeting up with my childhood friend and didn’t know what to wear so one of the APJ members suggested Brigitte 😃

        1. It was a great meet up. We’ve known each other for 51 years. She was one floor below me in the apartment where I grew up. Like a sister. We sat in a small Guatamalan deli/ restaurant for over three hours before she took her train back to the city. I also made her seven Decants of spring scents from my full bottles because she prefers portable travel size that fit in her purse- Assam of India, Vanira Morrea, Eau de Lierre, Paramela, Paprika Brasil, Tracy Reese and Brigitte.

        2. That is so nice! 😊 I’m glad you two are still able to get together and have great conversations! And share such great perfumes!!

  1. I wore mostly Atelier des Ors’ White Collection, as I was reviewing its three scents and wanted to keep them fresh in my mind, but I also wore Ostara several times.

    1. I’m glad you’re getting such good wear out of your Atelier des Ors scents! It sounds like spring is perfect for wearing the White Collection scents.

        1. I love a good scent that works in transitional weather like spring and fall! One of these days I’ll get around to sniffing The White Collection!
