What I Wore This Week

Hi, everyone! I hope you’re all staying healthy and happy. I had a fairly green week (minus the Narciso, which definitely stands out in the photo). As you can see, I’m desperately attempting to get Spring to come through!

  • Monday: L’Absolu For Her by Narciso Rodriguez
  • Tuesday: Chanel No. 19 EDP
  • Wednesday: Fig-Tea by Parfums de Nicolai
  • Thursday: English Pear & Freesia by Jo Malone
  • Friday: Chanel Cristalle EDT
  • Saturday: L’Occitane Verveine EDT

What did you all wear this week?

    1. It’s the right time of year for green scents! Fico di Amalfi is on my list for potential new spring/summer scents. I need to wear test it a few more times though.

        1. I just looked that one up on fragrantica — the notes sound perfect! I’ll see if a Sephora near me has it in store to try in person.

  1. Wow! Love your greens!
I hope it’s okay with you that I have been using your weekly post more like a daily post ?

Last night I tested Arej Le Dore Plumeria Orris from his new collection…very potent and animalic…. the box that the samples come in is stunning.

Today on Sunday testing Arielle Shoshana’s Sunday. It’s interesting….sweet and youthful. I think my girls would really like it. I will wear it a few more times before I let them “borrow” my travel spray. I am still working my way through the lovely package my girlfriend sent me. So many goodies to explore!!!

    1. I noticed you were commenting all week! Comment away — that’s why the comments are there. And luckily I haven’t had to moderate any spam or trolls, so I can leave the comments open all week.

Your box of goodies sounds so fun! I haven’t smelled any of the Areej Le Doré myself but the presentation looks stunning from what I’ve seen!

      1. That’s why I’m enjoying this sample. I’ve looked up the price…..far too spendy for me !!!!!

        1. Haha, exactly! I wish I had an Ormonde Jayne bottle but it would have to be a special birthday gift or something like that.

  2. Today I am wearing Eutopie No 4, gifted from sweet Brigitte. I love the warm, coziness of this perfume. Per fragrantica notes: bergamot, labdanum, amber, patchouli, rose, violet, vanilla, musk and it is described as a powdery amber which I agree with.

  3. Happy Monday! We are expecting warm weather so I am in good spirits. Going with current formulation Melograno. Not as deep and long lasting as vintage but I still love it.

  4. Wearing Molinard Violette. So pretty 😍
One of my coworkers who never wears perfume could not stop complimenting me yesterday on Melograno. So after our meeting I gave her my decant.

        1. I’ve also got Habanita and Habanita L’Esprit (in the white bottle). I’m in the Uk and they are very affordable at All Beauty. I like the bottles as well.

        2. Yum is right!! I love the bottle too! Took a peek at the white one… equally stunning!

        3. I put Habanita on one arm and L’Esprit on the other. They’re still smelling mighty fine.
I’ve just checked my list of perfumes, and apparantly I’ve got Nirmala…..Don’t know where it is Ha Ha.

      1. I am very excited as she’s a newbie and says she wants to start wearing fragrance to work. I gave her two more decants of different fragrances I thought she would like.

  5. I’ve found my Nirmala so I’m wearing it today. I had to go on Fragantica to see what the bottle looked like Ha Ha X

    1. I love Nirmala too!!! If I am not mistaken I believe it inspired Angel if I remember the story correctly it was Mr Mugler’s mother’s signature scent. It’s also highly affordable at online discounters.
