What I Wore This Week

Here’s what I wore over Christmas! I actually didn’t wear Fille en Aiguilles on Christmas Eve this year. I wore Mon Numéro 10 on Christmas Eve and Hypnotic Poison for Christmas Dinner. What can I say, that was just the mood I was in! I also wore some samples from DSH Perfumes, Hendley Perfumes, and Tauerville Rose Flash.

  • Sunday: samples of Blond by Hendley Perfumes and Tauerville Rose Flash
  • Monday: Mon Numéro 10 by L’Artisan Parfumer
  • Tuesday: Hypnotic Poison by Dior
  • Wednesday: Châtaignes du Bois by DSH Perfumes
  • Thursday: Belle de Jour by Dior
  • Friday: Chanel No. 5 L’Eau (the white travel spray packaging)
  • Saturday: Wood Sage & Sea Salt by Jo Malone

What did you all wear over this last week of December?

  1. Beautiful choices!
How did you like the Hendley? I have heard good things about this brand.
I wore St Clair Scents Casablanca the whole week but mixed it up at night and early in the morning a bit with Daim Blond, Cuir de Russie and vintage Chloe extrait.
Today I have Casablanca on my wrists and Hermessence Paprika Brasil on my shirt.

    1. I am loving Hendley Blond! I also got samples of Amora and Rosenthal. All three are great. Something about Blond is really clicking with me at the moment though. It’s a powdery iris that develops into a spiced leather. Really delicious!

I knew you’d be wearing Casablanca all week! ❤️

Ooh, Paprika Brasil is not one I’ve tried but I am intrigued by the name!

      1. Blond sounds fantastic! Will you do a review of the Henley’s at any point? Maybe I should not be asking because my New year’s resolution is a NO BUY LOL! I really want to focus on what I have and love in 2019. Believe it or not the Paprika Brasil reads as a dry woody Iris to my nose. I love it.

        1. I will definitely do a Hendley write-up! I need to wear each of them a few more times before writing about them though.

Good luck with your No Buy!!! I’m resolving to do a Low Buy, which means no impulse purchases or blind buys. So we’ll see how that goes.

          Happy New Year, Brigitte!
