What I Wore This Week

It’s Sunday, so that means I’m back once again with my round-up of my scents of the day from this past week. The weather seems like it may finally be turning to spring, which means I was able to mix it up from my heavier winter scents.

  • Monday: Honeysuckle & Davana by Jo Malone
  • Tuesday: Camaheu by Gabriella Chieffo
  • Wednesday: Rousse by Serge Lutens
  • Thursday: Figue Amère by Miller Harris
  • Friday: Tea for Two by L’Artisan Parfumeur
  • Saturday: Chanel No. 19

I have some more samples from January Scent Project to wear today, and see how they do in more spring-like weather.

What did you all wear this week?

  1. I need to get my nose on that Job Malone.
Off the top of my head I wore Brigitte and Reglisse Noire all week but I also received a draw win package from Australian Perfume Junkies so I tested most of those including an old love, Must de Cartier.

    1. Honeysuckle & Davana is very, very pretty. I’ve been using it as a hair mist too.

Oooh, I haven’t sniffed Must de Cartier in ages — that’s taking me back! In a good way, of course!

      1. It took me back in a good way too! Portia sent me the pure perfume which is what I wore in 1984. It’s gorgeous 😍

        1. How lovely! I had a professor my freshman year in undergrad who used to wear it. She was extremely stylish and my classmates & I would always ask about her jewelry, her handbags, her fragrances. It occurs to me now that maybe we shouldn’t have been so nosy, lol!

        2. No I think it’s lovely that you were interested and I am sure that made her feel good too knowing that you admired her taste.

  2. I wore Charleston Girl because we were in Charleston, plus 2 of the 3 Atelier des Ors White Collection (Nuda Veritas and Crepuscule des Ames). Also wore Brocard’s Mechta this weekend for today’s Scent Sample Sunday post! BTW, for all you Alaia fans, TJ Maxx has lots of it on clearance right now, for $22.

    1. Ooh don’t tempt me with TJ Maxx!! 😄

You’ve reminded me that I need to test more from Atelier des Ors. Nuda Veritas in particular sounds appropriately springy!
